Hukum Mimpi Basah saat Puasa, Apakah Membatalkan?
Setiap Muslim hendaknya menghindari hal yang membatalkan puasa agar puasanya sah. Keluar air mani karena mimpi basah saat puasa atau sebab yang lainnya menjadi polemik yang dipertanyakan oleh banyak kalangan. Apakah mimpi basah saat puasa di siang hari Ramadhan dapat membatalkan puasa?
Pada dasarnya, hukum keluar air mani dalam literatur fiqih terbagi menjadi dua bagian. Pertama, hukumnya dapat membatalkan puasa, dan yang kedua, hukumnya tidak dapat membatalkan puasa.
1. Keluar Mani yang Membatalkan Puasa
Termasuk dalam poin pertama ini adalah onani. Onani yaitu proses mengeluarkan mani atau sperma tanpa melakukan senggama, seperti mengeluarkannya dengan tangan sendiri, atau dengan tangan istri.
Selain itu, perkara yang tergolong pada poin pertama adalah mengeluarkan mani dengan cara kontak langsung dengan kulit lawan jenis sebagai indera perasa, seperti dengan mencium, menyentuh, dan berpelukan tanpa terhalang oleh busana. Proses keluar air mani yang demikian itu, semuanya membatalkan puasa.
2. Keluar Mani yang Tidak Membatalkan Puasa
Namun, jika air mani keluar disebabkan berpikir pada hal-hal yang tidak senonoh, atau melihat dengan penuh gairah, atau keluarnya melalui mimpi (mimpi basah), maka hal tersebut tidak sampai membatalkan puasa.
Artinya, “Dan wajib (menahan diri) dari onani, jika orang puasa melakukannya maka batal puasanya. Hal yang sama jika mani keluar akibat menyentuh, mencium, dan tidur bersamaan (dengan adanya sentuhan). Adapun hanya sebatas berpikir atau melihat dengan gairah maka (hukumnya) serupa dengan mimpi basah, (yaitu tidak membatalkan puasa).†(Al-Khatib As-Syirbini, Mughnil Muhtaj, [Beirut, Darul Ma’rifah:1997], jilid I, halaman 630).
Dari sini dapat disimpulkan, keluar mani melalui mimpi atau biasa dikenal dengan mimpi basah saat puasa tidak membatalkan keabsahannya.
Argumentasi mengapa mimpi basah tidak membatalkan puasa adalah karena orang yang tidur tidak terkena khitab (aturan hukum) Allah swt, sebagaimana orang gila dan anak kecil.
